Qualified clinicians may discuss evaluations, chart review and follow-up for participating practices. Exams remain connected to ongoing clinical oversight and documentation in our proprietary EMR. Medical assessment and nursing review have different responsibilities.
Discuss on-site participation, communication with the treating team and escalation of clinical concerns. Availability and travel expectations are agreed for each role.
Discuss hands-on training or competency review within your expertise. Training supports demonstrated skill; it does not replace licensure or authorize work outside scope.
