Our Professionals

Florida clinical roles start with your license, training and practice setting.

Describe the work you are qualified to perform and the support it requires. We discuss participating-practice roles for physicians, APRNs, PAs and RNs individually; this page is not a verified roster or a list of current openings.

Roles depend on licensure, demonstrated competence, practice arrangements and actual engagement needs. An inquiry does not guarantee an opening or engagement.

Find your pathway

Different licenses. Defined responsibilities.

Clinical work is assigned to the individual and the practice setting. Each pathway below begins a conversation about fit; it does not authorize a procedure or expand anyone’s scope.

01 / PHYSICIANS

Physicians & Medical Directors

Discuss patient evaluations, medical direction, protocols, chart review and on-site participation within your competence. Accept only responsibilities you can actually perform with appropriate availability.

Assess the exact Florida setting. MD supervision of off-site APRN/PA aesthetic offices may trigger §458.348 specialty, geographic and additional-office limits. Review applicable allopathic or osteopathic duties, clinical escalation and records access before agreeing to a role.

02 / NURSE PRACTITIONERS

Nurse Practitioners

Discuss assessments, participating-practice evaluations and follow-up that fit your APRN education, certification and authority. An exam assignment does not authorize every treatment or prescribing activity.

Florida APRNs generally practice medical functions within an established protocol unless lawfully practicing under an applicable autonomous-practice provision. Autonomous registration is limited to the primary-care and midwifery functions in §464.0123, not blanket independent aesthetic authority.

03 / PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS

Physician Assistants

Discuss evaluations, treatment planning and follow-up within your training and the services delegated by the supervising physician. Verify applicable PA licensure, prescribing authority and practice arrangements.

Define physician availability, consultation and the supervising relationship. Off-site aesthetic settings may carry additional statutory restrictions; remote interest alone does not establish eligibility for a Florida role.

04 / REGISTERED NURSES

Registered Nurses

Discuss nursing care, medication administration and skills support within your own education and legal scope. An RN does not independently diagnose, prescribe or supply a physician-level patient evaluation.

For cosmetic injections, review the specific procedure, orders, competence and supervision against Florida Board of Nursing guidance and declaratory decisions. Decisions address individual facts; a training certificate or another nurse’s approval is not universal permission. Confirm the proposed arrangement before treatment.

The work behind oversight

Clinical participation with a practical purpose.

The engagement determines which activities apply and who is qualified to perform them.

Exams & clinical review

Participating-practice evaluations and review remain connected to ongoing care and proprietary EMR documentation. The clinician’s authority determines which assessment or prescribing tasks are appropriate. Our exam program is a business model, not a universal Florida exam rule.

Site visits & team support

Identify the on-site presence, consultation and response to complications the setting requires. Location and schedule matter before a role is accepted, especially when the proposed supervising physician practices elsewhere.

Training & skills

Discuss hands-on training or competency review within your expertise. Training supports demonstrated skill; it does not replace licensure or authorize work outside scope.

How the conversation works

From your experience to a defined role.

  1. Introduce yourself

Share your license type, relevant experience, location and clinical interests.

  2. Discuss availability

Talk through remote and on-site interests, scheduling and the work you can support.

  3. Review fit

Review credentials, competence, scope and practice needs before considering an engagement.

  4. Define responsibilities

If there is a fit, document duties, supervision or collaboration, compensation and onboarding before work begins.

Before you inquire

A clear starting point.

Bring questions about the role and the support it requires.

Are these current job openings?

This page describes professional pathways, not a list of open positions. Available engagements, terms and compensation are discussed individually. No volume of work or income is promised.

Do you provide standalone exams to outside organizations?

No. Good-faith exams are provided within established participating-practice relationships, with continuity of clinical care and documentation in our proprietary electronic medical record system.

Can every provider perform good faith exams?

No. Responsibilities depend on the clinician’s license, qualifications and applicable practice arrangements. The RN pathway here concerns nursing and delegated care, not an independent medical evaluation role.

Can I participate remotely?

Tell us your location and availability. Telehealth standards, off-site aesthetic-supervision limits and procedure-specific rules all need review. Some work requires on-site participation; a video connection does not remove those requirements.

What should I include in my inquiry?

Your professional role, relevant experience, general location and availability are enough to start. Please do not include patient information or sensitive credential documents in the initial message.
